Highly recommended. My shih tzu always comes home beautiful and well cared for.

Primarily I liked that my dog was relatively at ease throughout the process. He can get totally hysterical! Communication throughout was impressive. BillyJo uses an online booking system which is unusual to me, but it all worked fine. I liked that personal messaging kicked in straightaway.
Perfect groom, he's looking very sleek, paws very tidy. We're very happy.

Buddy came back really clean and tidy, an excellent job. We will definitely be rebooking. Thank you

Always a fantastic job, Pippa is so keen to see Billie too and my baby girl is a lot cooler now. Excellent service as always

Our first groom here, really great cut and very kind and supportive for our dog's needs.

Billy Jo does an amazing job with my Yorkie Betty. She always looks lovely after her groom. I would highly recommend.

BillyJo did a great job and would happily recommend her

Another beautiful looking dog. Charlie says thanks woof woof

Absolute perfection as always! Definitely recommend. Our dog always looks beautiful after his groom!

Reggie always comes out of Bath &Barks a happy boy. Very relaxed and looking great. Billy Jo is excellent with him. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Barney looks great after his groom today, he was very happy and well looked after throughout. He will be much cooler for the warmer weather, thank you!

Really happy with everything, Beth looks after Woody so well even with his issues as a rescue dog. Happy recommend and use again.

Another lovely groom for Willow. Billy-Jo is always punctual and takes time to understand about the cut/style. As a nervous dog Willow appreciates the 1 to 1 appointment system. Friendly, great value and convenient location.

Highly recommend! Always does a beautiful groom on Lulu 🥰

First time using Billy-Jo for my springer’s groom. Very pleased. She looks lovely so will definitely be returning.

Pixie looks and smells beautiful thank you. Happy clients we'll be back xx

Billy Jo is great, dogs very comfortable and an excellent groom. My dogs get very fluffy and are out every day in the New Forest and get very muddy. Billy Jo does a fantastic job getting them clean and tidy!

Bella's first visit was a big success.
She's never been a fan of groomers but Billie Jo was so good with her and she groomed her beautifully. Thank you

My puppies first grooming experience went really well. Very smart and happy on collection. Thank you.

Consistently excellent service and attention to detail. My dog always leaves happy and relaxed.

First time groom, and Finley looks like a pretty ball of fluff and no longer has grinch feet, highly recommend, pooch very happy and relaxed.

Theo is very happy to go to be groom. When we pick him up he is happy and lovely and clean.
Would definitely recommend we are using them regularly now .

This was Rufus’ first full groom after 2 puppy grooms. He went in to Billy-Jo in desperate need - a very long coat & came out looking great with super soft fur and clearly very happy!
Thank you so much!x

Skye regularly goes to billy-jo and she loves it she always treats her so well she does such a good job clipping her nails for me which I can’t do at home and we’ve never had any issues she’s gentle with her and Skye always smells lovely when she comes home x

Highly recommend
Karma has had quite itchy skin recently and when i mentioned it she said she’ll use special sensitive shampoo, Karma also got spooked by the table (she’s a strange dog🫠) and when she got scared and asked for space Billy-Jo respected her by giving her the space and not forcing her to get back on the table, then sat with her on floor and dried her when she was ready.
Really happy with how she helped karma feel more comfortable and took things a little slower for her ☺️

Coco as usual looks and smells so good.
Thanks Billy-Jo we will see you again very soon x

Holly, really enjoyed her visit to Bath and Barks. She is a lively Collie cross German Shepherd, Billy Jo was great with her. Holly came out so happy, and it relaxed her for the rest of the day. 😁

Came in for Pixies Groom today.
Billy is great with her and we all love her groomed look. She’s super soft and smells great.
Thank you so much Billyjo, All the love x

This was Bonnie and Benji's second visit to Bath and Barks Dog Grooming.
Billy-Jo is very kind and patient with them and they came home looking very smart and beautiful and smelling lovely too.
Would definitely recommend Bath and Barks Grooming.

Brilliant service as usual, Billyjo made a really neat job of grooming our Cavachon Maisie and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Recommend Bath and Barks completely.

Fabulous!! We are so happy Billy-Jo did a brilliant job with Mabel! She was so chilled out and looks fab!! A lovely little salon and prices are great! 😊

Thanks billyjo milo smells lovely will definitely be back

Have just collected Camilla from her full groom with Billy-Jo & she looks stunning & smells divine. And i felt very reassured that Camilla had been happy & well cared for during her spa time. One very pretty looking fur baby! Yes i would recommend Billy-Jo to everyone for sure.

Thank you for an amazing groom especially with my nervous dog and will certainly recommend and return in the future 🐶🫶🏻

Karma had her first ever professional groom today and she’s come out super fluffy and smelling amazing, we’re definitely be booking again 🥰

1st time of taking my dog to Bath and Barks and I am extremely happy.

They were very professional and friendly.

Amazing treatment of my puppy!! She smells gorgeous and she seems to have had an amazing time.

Absolutely brilliant thank you Billy Jo you are a star 🌟 will definitely recommend to all my doggie friends so happy with them both 😀 x

Billy-Jo is a lovely friendly groomer who took the time to ask what I wanted for my dog. Great facilities and parking was no problem. When I picked up my dog Billy-Jo explained all that she had done and my dog was happy, not stressed at all and smelt great!

Skye came in today for a bath, de-shed, nail trip and ear clean and she came out smelling fantastic! So pleased we will definitely be coming back and I felt she was in very safe hands.

Dougal - 8 month old Newfie - looks amazing! Great groom, nails trimmed and totally dry when we picked him up.

We will definitely be back.

Poppy and Piper were relaxed with Billy-Jo and beautifully clean, trim and fluffy.
Will definitely return .

Our first experience using bath and barks and both myself and my other half were super impressed with Odies cut! Exactly what I asked for and a thorough speedy service thank you so much! 🦮

Lovely friendly relaxed visit for my 2 hyper active border collies!!
Highly recommend Bath and Barks grooming

Very happy with Clover's de-shed spa experience - she came out super happy being quite a nervous girl at times. Wearing a snood on her ears really helped. She's lovely and soft and smells delightful. I'll happily book her in again.

Everything was as explained to me by Billy-Jo and my rescue dog was calm, relaxed and the results were excellent.
He loves Bath & Barks and I recommend them for good service.

Awesome job. Pixie was in and out stress free , thanks to the lovely Billie. See you again soon

Rhea can be a rascal - she likes to bark and try to try and escape out of groomers! She struggled in the past where groomers have multiple dogs and it was just too distressing for her as a rescue. Today she has had a full deshed and bath, looks fluffy and is sooooo happy and chilled. She didn't even try her escape act of opening doors and doing a runner. We will be back.
