Policy and Terms
My time is valuable, I kindly ask that all clients respect the scheduling process. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, and last-minute rescheduling will incur a fee. Please note: if an appointment is rescheduled for the 2nd time, the deposit will automatically be forfeited, as holding a spot multiple times prevents other clients who truly want that appointment from booking it.
