We offer competitive services and products based on the best practices for healthy Nail care. •APPOINTMENT POLICIES • *All Appointments times are approximately and may result in additional wait time. *ALL CLIENTS are expected to schedule for all services at the time of booking. (Any and All additional services requested at time of apportionment will be denied if there is no available time allocated to accommodate the service. ) - (Please ensure you request all services needed including designs.) All Appointments require a security deposit of $25.00 to accommodate NO CALL / NO SHOW or SAME DAY RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24hr NOTICE . To secure your deposit MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS 48 hrs in ADVANCE. In case of rescheduling purposes. Clients who submit Same Day appointments; Security Deposit is not secured by appointment policies and is subjected to be charged for rescheduling at the time of the scheduled appointment. These policies are subjected to change at the owner’s discretion without any notice. The Security Deposit secures your appointment slot for the daily scheduled. If you’re appointment rebooking request is 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.
Policy and Terms
Appointments Deposits are required which is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 24 hrs prior to your appointment time using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. All same day rescheduled appointments will be subjected to $15 cancellation fee and is due at the end of appointment. (Please be advised to secure your deposit please schedule 48hrs in advance.) Walk-in clients are WELCOME based on availability and is not guaranteed. We suggest scheduling an appointment for all services requesting to guarantee a tech is available to assist you.
