• A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments (applied to the final cost) • Deposits secure your date and time and are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule without proper notice • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment to rebook • Design previews may be shared prior to the appointment at my discretion • Minor adjustments are included; major changes may require additional time or a new deposit • Final design approval happens before tattooing begins • Arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation • I reserve the right to decline or stop a session if health, safety, or respect becomes an issue
