1. About Aura Saki Beauty These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Kirsty Dunn at Aura Saki Beauty. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. 2. Booking and Appointments All bookings are automatically confirmed through our booking system. However, we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies or schedule. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients. For certain treatments, you may be required to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps us ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that sometimes you need to change your plans. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in you being charged for the full service amount or refused future bookings. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible through your preferred method. 4. Payment Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Prices are clearly displayed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested during your appointment will be charged accordingly. 5. Our Fix-It Policy & Guarantee We stand by the quality of our work and want you to be completely happy with your service. Because of the nature of our treatments, we do not offer cash refunds for completed services. Instead, we offer a 'fix-it' guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. For Nails: If you're not happy with your nail service, please let us know before you leave so we can correct it immediately. We offer a 3-day guarantee on gels and enhancements. If you experience any chipping, lifting, or product breakdown within this period, contact us right away to schedule a complimentary repair. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by the client or normal wear and tear after the 3-day period. For Beauty Treatments: Please let us know if you're not satisfied with the result before you leave the treatment room. If you have concerns after you leave, you must contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution. We will assess the situation and offer a complimentary re-do of the service or a follow-up consultation where appropriate. To ensure the best results, you must follow the aftercare advice provided. Our guarantee is void if aftercare instructions are not followed. 6. Health and Safety Your safety is our priority. You must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment before we begin. We may require patch tests for certain treatments. If a patch test is required, this must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may cause harm or if you have contraindications to the service. 7. Your Privacy We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing your treatments and maintaining our business records. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 8. General Terms We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please treat our home salon space with respect. We operate from a residential property and ask that you be mindful of noise levels and parking. Photography of our work may be taken for portfolio purposes. We will always ask for your permission before taking or using any photos. These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available during the booking process.
