Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion. Clients must provide accurate information regarding their pets' health and behavior. Ashley's Groom Room is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from services provided.
