DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS To officially secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for bridal services. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received via Zelle or Venmo. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION I understand that life happens. Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. * Notice given 72+ hours: Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 90 days. * Notice given under 72 hours: The deposit is forfeited to cover the loss of the reserved time slot. HEALTH & SAFETY Your safety and the integrity of my kit are my highest priorities. * If I am unwell: I will notify you immediately.
You may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or proceed with the service while I wear a protective face mask for your comfort. * If You are unwell: If you are experiencing a fever, contagious symptoms, eye infections, or active cold sores, please reach out to reschedule. To maintain strict hygiene standards, I reserve the right to decline service on compromised skin or contagious
areas. SEVERE WEATHER & EMERGENCY In the event of extreme weather where travel is deemed unsafe, or in the case of a serious personal emergency (such as a funeral), your appointment will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued along with 20% off your next booking as a thank you for your grace. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS A 20-minute grace period is provided. After 20 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your total. No-Shows may result in a cancelled appointment. REFUNDS & SENSITIVITY Due to the nature of the service, all payments are final. The only exception is in the rare event of a documented negative skin reaction to a product used during your application. Please disclose all known allergies prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and beautiful experience.
