Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact your stylist directly. Please understand that last-minute cancellations and reschedules do affect my time and business. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in additional fees or booking restrictions. Deposit Policy: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. Deposits must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to submit the deposit within that timeframe will result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Deposits go toward your scheduled service total but are non-refundable under any circumstance. Late Policy: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to reschedule their appointment. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding and respecting my schedule as well as other clients’ appointment times. No-Show Policy: No-shows will receive a one-time warning. Any additional no-shows may require additional fees before booking future appointments. I always want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns regarding your service, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments. Because every service involves reserved time and professional products, all services and deposits are non-refundable. Adjustments may be offered within 5 days if proper aftercare instructions were followed. After that timeframe, any changes will be considered a new service. 🤍
