Western Acupuncture is a technique used by massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to treat muscle pain, injuries, and dysfunction.
I insert thin needles into trigger points or tight bands of muscle to stimulate the release of tension, improve blood flow, alliviate pain. And promote healing.
Unlike chinese acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, Western Acupuncture is based on modern anatomy and physiology principles.
