POLICY • Booking Fee: A £5 booking fee is needed to secure your appointment. This goes towards your total and is non-refundable. • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Life happens — just let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than that and the booking fee will be lost. • No Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the service and may not be able to book again in the future. • Late Arrivals: Please try to be on time! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment might be cancelled and the booking fee will be lost. • Patch Tests: A patch test is needed at least 24-48 hours before your first lash set or lash lift and tint. • Infills: Infills should be booked according to the % of lashes remaining. See the description of our options before booking. • Clean Lashes Please: Come with clean, makeup-free lashes so we can spend all your time lashing, not cleaning! • CAT allergies : I will be unable to take you as a client if severe - I apologise in advanced if this is the case.
