Policy and Terms
TERMS & CONDITIONS INTERPRETATION: In these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings. - "Customer" or "You" means any person who purchases services from Allure Cleaning & Co. - "We" means Allure Cleaning & Co. or an authorised contractor approved by Allure Cleaning & Co. - "Us" means Allure Cleaning & Co. or an authorised contractor approved by Allure Cleaning & Co. - "Services" or "Service" any service that the client would like performed. - "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of supply contained within this document and any conditions agreed in writing by Us. - "Cleaner" or "Cleaners" means any person who performs the service working for Us. - "Heavily Soiled" means the existence of additional grime, dust or dirt that has been identified to exist at higher levels than that of a normal residence. - "Managing Agent" means the agent who manages the rental affairs of the property. - "Property" means the property that is requiring a Bond Clean. - "Bond Cleaning Standards" means cleanliness that would pass the Managing Agents scrutiny. - "Reasonable endeavours" means that We have tried our best to make an informed decision. GENERAL: - These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by Us. - We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards Us or our cleaners. - A complete list of our Bond cleaning inclusions and exclusions can be obtained by email request. PRICING: - All quotes are estimates only. - Quotes may change based on additional factors such as additional rooms, heavy soiling, specialist services, or altered requirements. - We reserve the right not to clean an item/area if it may pose a risk. - Some items may be unable to be cleaned due to wear and tear. - Quote variations will be communicated and must be agreed upon. ACCESS: - The Customer must be contactable 1 hour prior to the job. - The Customer must provide access to the property. - Inaccessible properties incur a $120 call out fee. - Key collection/drop-off fees apply. - Photos of the property may be taken for quality assurance and advertising. - Electricity and running water must be available. - Heavy items must be moved by the Customer prior to cleaning.- All personal belongings and rubbish must be removed. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: - 3 days’ notice required for cancellations. - We may cancel a job for safety or access reasons. - We may reschedule if the property is not as described. PAYMENT: - A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required. - Full payment required within 24 hours. - Late fees apply after one week. - We may report non-payment to appropriate agencies BOND RETURN GUARANTEE: - We will return once free of charge to rectify issues raised by the Managing Agent. - Guarantee applies only to services you engaged Us for. - Certain items are excluded. - Re-clean requires exit report and images. - Re-clean warranty lasts 24 hours. - Property must remain vacant after cleaning.- We are not responsible for natural events. CLAIMS: - No refund claims after service completion. - Customer must allow a re-clean before seeking a third party. - Older items may break due to wear and tear. - Damage claims must include photos. - We are not responsible for incidental costs. - Fridges/freezers must be emptied and defrosted by the Customer.- Damages must be reported within 24 hours. COMPLAINTS: - Complaints must be emailed to acpmqld@gmail.com within 24 hours. - Complaints must include full details and desired resolution. - Complaints may be referred to consumer agencies if unresolved. CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH THE PROPERTY: - You consent to Allure Cleaning & Co taking photos and/or videos of the Property before, during, and after the Service. - Photos are taken for quality assurance, documenting limitations, proof of service completion, training, and advertising. - We avoid capturing identifiable information such as street numbers, mailboxes, or personal items.- Photos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you withdraw consent in writing. - Images will not be sold or shared with third parties except authorised contractors or as required bylaw. PRIVACY POLICY: - We collect only the information necessary to provide our Services. - Customer information is stored securely and used solely for service delivery, invoicing, and communication. - Photos are used only for quality assurance, proof of service, and advertising. - You may request access or correction of personal information by contacting us. LIABILITY STATEMENTS: - We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, wear and tear, or deterioration. - We are not responsible for damage arising from fragile or unstable fixtures or items. - We are not liable for incidental costs such as loss of rent or bond monies. - We are not liable for issues arising from utilities not being available, personal belongings left behind, rubbish removal, or heavy items not moved prior. - We are not responsible for natural events after completion of the Service. - We are not liable for damages caused by contractors providing other services. I/We, the Customer, acknowledge that I/We have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. I/We confirm that all information provided to Allure Cleaning & Co is true and accurate.
