ALL4DOGS – WARRINGTON Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with All4Dogs, you agree to the following terms and conditions: ⸻ 1. Booking Appointments Appointments can be made via: Phone or text: 0754 994 1236 Facebook Messenger Online booking: www.all4dogs.co.uk ⸻ 2. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Card payment • Bank transfer Payment is due on the day of the appointment unless agreed otherwise. ⸻ 3. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled grooming price. ⸻ 4. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy If a client: • Does not attend their appointment (no-show), or • Arrives more than 15 minutes late The appointment may be cancelled and the 50% fee will still apply. Future bookings may require full pre-payment, which is non-refundable. ⸻ 5. Matted Coat Policy Dogs presented with matted coats require additional time, care and equipment. Additional charges apply: • Light matting (small areas such as legs, chest or belly) – £5 • Heavy matting or full-body matting – £10 In severe cases, shaving may be required for the welfare and comfort of the dog. ⸻ 6. Fleas & Parasites Policy To protect all dogs visiting the salon, we require that: • Dogs are regularly flea-treated • Dogs are free from parasites • Vaccinations are up to date If fleas are discovered during the grooming process: • A flea treatment shampoo will be used immediately • An additional £5 cleaning fee will be added • The appointment may be stopped if infestation is severe This policy is necessary to maintain hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination. ⸻ 7. Health & Welfare Owners must inform us of any: • Medical conditions • Skin issues • Behavioural concerns All4Dogs reserves the right to refuse or stop grooming if it poses a risk to the dog or the groomer. Prices may vary depending on coat condition, behaviour, size, and time required. ⸻ 8. Photography & Social Media Consent At All4Dogs, photographs and/or videos may be taken before, during, or after grooming for portfolio, training, and promotional purposes. These images may be used on: • Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) • Website (www.all4dogs.co.uk) • Marketing materials If you do not wish for your dog’s photos to be published, you must inform us in writing prior to the appointment. No personal owner information will be shared without consent.
