This was my first time visiting Laura, and I have to say, it was truly amazing. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in very capable hands. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some exercises to help me going forward.

I really appreciated that she didn’t push me to book another appointment. She suggested around three weeks, but said to see how I get on first and then decide.

I've been going to Laura for years but then i got breast cancer. I'm on on going chemo and my medical team say I can't have deep body massage . I have been suffering from a painful hip for the last 18 months  so i decided to speak to Laura for advise. She provides me with half an hour massage and is careful with the pressure. She's also given me an exercise to do. I've only had two sessions but my hip feels so much better . 

I went in with very tight muscles which are affecting my back and posture. Laura has really helped to release them and I have much more movement today. I really recommend them.

A really good massage, easing tightness in legs and lower back caused by running. Also identified that shoulders had tightened up as well and treated. I have been injury free for the longest period I can remember and the monthly treatments are a big part of that.

This aromatic blend of warming oils is perfect for a comforting, soothing hand massage.
First your hands will be dipped in warm paraffin wax which nourishes the skin while your arms are gently softened and relaxed. Then after the wax is removed every joint in your hands and wrists are massaged, soothed and eased with the warming sensation of this luxury oil.

A shorter Body mechanics therapy appointment, specifically for one simple injury of a small area, or as a follow up if your therapist indicates you no longer need the full hour.

This delightful uplifting blend is used to nourish your skin and pamper your senses while you’re treated to a slow, relaxing massage loosening the neck and shoulders, easing the muscles & uplifting the mind. The neck massage extends in to the jaw, realeasing tension and bringing the aromatic blend to life as the treatment ends with gentle relaxation moves over the face.

2 Hour Treatment

Using the Neals Yard soothing blend which boasts bergamot, lavender and geranium in a nourishing jojoba base, this relaxing foot treatment is fragrant, nourishing and deeply relaxing. 
First your feet are dipped in warm paraffin wax while your lower legs are soothed with relaxing oils and gentle hands.
