A shorter Body mechanics therapy appointment, specifically for one simple injury of a small area, or as a follow up if your therapist indicates you no longer need the full hour. The massage techniques used to balance your muscles and address injury will be tailored to your individual needs. The treatment may be complimented with therapeutic ultrasound, novasound or heat where appropriate.

This aromatic blend of warming oils is perfect for a comforting, soothing hand massage. First your hands will be dipped in warm paraffin wax which nourishes the skin while your arms are gently softened and relaxed. Then after the wax is removed every joint in your hands and wrists are massaged, soothed and eased with the warming sensation of this luxury oil.
