Policy and Terms

🕊️ Booking Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total on the day of service. • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. • Please arrive on time — after 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid delays for the next client. 💕 Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a loss of your deposit and may require a new one for future bookings. • Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. ✨ Appointment Preparation To ensure the best results: • Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, mascara, or residue). • Avoid caffeine before your appointment to help with relaxation. • Please use the washroom before your session begins. 🌸 Aftercare • Do not wet or steam lashes for the first 24 hours. • Avoid oil-based products near the eyes. • Book your fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash look. 💫 Training & Course Policy • All deposits for lash training are non-refundable but transferable with at least 7 days’ notice. • Students must arrive on time — late arrivals over 15 minutes may forfeit training time. • Certification is granted upon full attendance and completion of the course. 💎 Terms of Service By booking with Winx Lounge, you agree to follow all listed policies. You’ll be guided step-by-step through safe, damage-free application, proper isolation, lash mapping, and 1:1 Classic lash placement, so you can confidently create flawless, natural-looking sets for your clients.
