HAIR PREPARATION & WASHING

Wash & Blow Dry: Included with all services except kids’ styles. You may arrive with your hair washed and blow dried (excluding natural hairstyles) to reduce appointment time, pricing remains the same.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings made for before and on Thursday 5th Nov, you will need to come with your hair washed as the wash basin is currently out of use. 


HAIR INCLUSIONS & ADD ONS

Hair is included for French Curl Braids, Boho Braids and Miracle Knots.
Hair can be added to other styles via the Add Ons section.
For alternative colours, please contact me before booking to confirm availability.

BRINGING YOUR OWN HAIR

Braiding Hair: Ezbraid, Smart Braid, Kuknus or Kali Quick Braid (pre stretched only).
Goddess Curls: Jazzy, Kali, Baha Brazilian Deep Wave or human hair curls (22–24 inches).
After booking, you will receive a text confirming the required quantities of braiding hair and curls.
All hair must be dropped off 1–3 days before your appointment.

COLOUR MIXING

Mixing multiple braiding hair colours to create one custom colour is not available. Please consider this when selecting your hair.

PHOTOS, VIDEOS & APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Photos & Videos: Photos and/or videos will be taken during and after your appointment for attendance records and content. Booking confirms your consent for this content to be shared on my social media and other platforms.
Hijabi Clients: Photos will be taken for attendance purposes only and will never be posted online.
Booking Agreement: By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.


CONFIRMATION AND REMINDERS

 You will receive a confirmation message immediately after booking and a reminder 1–2 days before your appointment. Both will include your service, time, location and any additional appointment information.

 SHORT HAIR 

If you have short hair, you must send me a clear picture of your hair before booking so I can assess its length and suitability for your chosen style. This is to avoid any confusion, misunderstandings or disappointment on the day of your appointment.
Please note: If you have short hair and fail to send me a picture before booking, I cannot be held responsible for any disappointment or issues on the day of your appointment. Your booking fee remains non refundable under all circumstances, including if the chosen style cannot be achieved.

BOOKING FEES & PAYMENT

Booking Fee: A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this covers admin, appointment allocation and preparation. It is only refundable if I cancel your appointment (e.g. if I’m unable to attend).
Platform Fees: A platform fee applies to both the booking fee and final payment, the platform fee amount is displayed at the time of booking and paying the remainder. Platform fees are non refundable as they are paid directly to the booking platform.
Remaining Balance: The outstanding balance must be paid on the day of your appointment while on the premises, your payment link can be found in your confirmation/reminder text.
Payment Issues: Legal action may be taken in the event of unresolved payment issues.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL & LATENESS

Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you expect to be late, notify me in advance.
Late Arrivals: Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may result in cancellation, depending on the schedule. If I can still proceed, a £15 late fee will apply due to disruption.
Cancellations: If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness or you are unable to attend anymore, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

RESCHEDULING, LATE CHANGES, NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS AND SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS 

Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with your original booking fee if at least 48 hours’ notice is given, the new appointment must be within the same month.
Late changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit your booking fee, a new fee is required to rebook. Next day appointments also require a new booking fee to reschedule.
No shows & repeated cancellations: Missing your appointment without notice on the day or cancelling twice will result in loss of booking privileges, out of fairness to other clients.
Same day appointments: A deposit is required, cancellation or rescheduling requires a new booking fee to book again.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Any items left behind must be collected by the client, I am not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

PLUS ONES

To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, clients must attend appointments alone, any additional guests will be asked to wait at reception.

She had gentle hands and braided the hair to my liking, normally I would worry if my hair would be done too tight and  worry about edges. I expressed how I would love for her to try her best to not do it tight. She did just that, neatly.

Stitch braids at the front with a half wig install at the back for a natural, versatile look. A wash and blow dry is included, the wig is not provided. This service is perfect for those who want the appearance of a full braided style while keeping the install lightweight and protective. This service includes a careful braid/twist removal of a natural hair style, a deep cleanse to refresh your scalp, a steam treatment, a blow dry and a style of your choice. Finish your appointment with a choice of small box braids, smedium box braids, medium box braids, smedium twists, medium twists, large box braids, large twists, 6-8 cornrows or stitch braids (no extensions is added). This service can take up to 6 hours depending on the size of the takedown, style chosen and the thickness of your hair.

This style is on natural hair only, no braiding hair added for a seamless, lightweight and natural finish. A wash, blow dry and curls are included, curls are 100% human hair, sizes available are smedium and medium, textures available are Kinky curly, Deep wave and Body wave in lengths 16”, 18” and 20”. Colours available is black (colour 1b). For a different texture, colour or length price may vary please message before booking. This style can take up to 5-7 hours depending on the size and how many curls you want added. 

Payment for the curls is taken with the booking fee, must be booked 1 week in advance so I can source the hair* 

With proper removal the curls are reusable.
