Policy and Terms

By booking with ATRA Studios, you agree to these Policies & Terms. ATRA Studios may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

NEW Wig Installation (Custom Hairline)

Service is perfect for dolls with a naturally low hairline or dolls that just want to try something different from the traditional wig hairlines. In your notes please state whether or not you desire a widow’s peak. Feel free to add an image of your preferred style to your appointment notes if it differs from a traditional middle or side part. WIG SHOULD BE DROPPED OFF AT LEAST TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE!

NEW Wig Installation (Traditional Hairline)

For wig installations using a new unit. Unit will be plucked to reflect a traditional wig hairline. Feel free to add an image of your preferred style to your appointment notes if it differs from a traditional middle or side part. (Wig should be dropped off at least two days in advance)

Wig Re-installation

For wig installations using a unit that was previously installed. Feel free to add an image of your preferred style to your appointment notes if it differs from a traditional middle or side part.

Wig Rejuvination

Don’t want to deal with the hassle of washing your own wigs? Let us do it for you! Service includes the removal of glue from lace, shampooing and conditioning of unit. Styling can be added for an additional cost of $50.

Wig Colouring Service

This service can be booked for either new or previously installed wigs. Pricing varies depending on whether the wig needs to be bleached prior to coloring and whether multiple colors are needed to achieve your desired look. Wigs should be dropped off at least three days in advance when coloring services are required.

Wig Customization and Styling

Service is perfect for clients with glue-less wigs that need a bit more customization to make them look more natural or clients with wigs they wish to install themselves but they cannot be bothered with the customization process. Service includes bleaching the knots, plucking the hairline and styling. Please input any customization or styling preferences in your service notes when booking. WIGS SHOULD BE DROPPED OFF AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE THE WIG IS NEEDED FOR USE.
