Matted fee

Our Matted Fee is automatically added to your groom total for dogs with severe matting. This ensures they receive the extra care and precaution needed during their appointment Note: If a brush out is too painful for a pet due to matting we may need to shave the coat and give your pet a “reset cut.” We will not subject a pet to any pain or send them home matted in any circumstance

Flea fee

Our Flea & Tick treatment effectively eliminates pests from your dog's coat. This fee will be automatically added to the groom total if your dog has fleas or ticks Note: We recommend getting your pet a flea collar or treatment before booking an appointment. This treatment is not an effective pest preventative, it is meant to rid the coat of any remaining infestations

Emergency groom fee

This fee allows us to get your pet in for grooming during an emergency situation! Whether that may be for veterinary reasons or having an unexpected trip come up. We’ll prioritize getting your pet in as soon as possible regardless of our operating hours. Note: This fee will be added onto the existing grooming price
