Springfield, TN Grooming We are a faith based, mother & daughter owned business dedicated to providing you and your pet peace of mind and quality results ♥️ Our Experience Promise: Our approach to grooming is completely different than most grooming salons. We prioritize you and most importantly your pet. Each appointment guarantees one on one time with our groomer and your pet. We like to get them comfortable in our space and spend quality time on their appointment. Pets are not rushed or forced into any service that they cannot comfortably bear. If a pet is struggling with any part of a groom, we will work around them and suggest more visits to gain their trust overtime. We notice a drastic change in pets behavior within 3 repeat appointments with us. Anxious pets become noticeably calmer and more comfortable with every visit! Our Health Promise: Since the beginning we have researched and tested all of our grooming products on our own pets! All of our products are not only completely toxin and chemical free, but they also are made up of natural ingredients that are proven to promote healing for your pet! We want our clients to grow with us and learn more about a healthy lifestyle for their pets and also themselves. Our bodies are more similar to animals than we realize and there is so much we can learn from them! We’re excited to add routine wellness checks into all of our services. We’ll provide you a thorough overview of your pets health and how you can take steps to benefit their health at home!

Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Arriving 15 minutes late to an appointment will result in an automatic cancellation and we will offer to help reschedule you.

Matted fee

Our Matted Fee is automatically added to your groom total for dogs with severe matting. This ensures they receive the extra care and precaution needed during their appointment Note: If a brush out is too painful for a pet due to matting we may need to shave the coat and give your pet a “reset cut.” We will not subject a pet to any pain or send them home matted in any circumstance

Flea fee

Our Flea & Tick treatment effectively eliminates pests from your dog's coat. This fee will be automatically added to the groom total if your dog has fleas or ticks Note: We recommend getting your pet a flea collar or treatment before booking an appointment. This treatment is not an effective pest preventative, it is meant to rid the coat of any remaining infestations
