Booking & Payment • Appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. • A $50 non-refundable Zelle or Apple Cash deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due after your service is completed. • Deposits apply only to the scheduled appointment and and may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. • For same‑day squeeze‑ins, please email us to check availability. Not guaranteed; may require full payment in advance. • As this is a home‑based studio, the address will be shared after your deposit is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a lost deposit. Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to a future booking. No-Show Policy • If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. Guests • Each session is designed for one client unless arranged beforehand. Preparations • Please arrive with your hair styled and ready for makeup application. Late Arrivals & Travel • Please arrive on time. A 15‑minute grace period is allowed; a $10 late fee applies after that. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. • Travel services are available for an additional fee based on location, submit the Travel Quote Form via the Typeform link before booking. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and next steps. 🔽 Image Use Policy • Photos of my work are for your personal sharing with friends, family, or on social media. • Business or promotional use requires my written consent.
