Tattoo Studio Policy

To ensure the best possible service, please review our studio policies before booking your appointment.

Appointments & Deposits
	•	All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
	•	Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
	•	Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
	•	Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit.

Late Policy
	•	Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
	•	If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your total.
	•	If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.
	•	Consistent lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

Cancellations 

	•	Clients must give at least a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation. 
	• 	If a client fails to meet this requirement their deposit would be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook/reschedule. 
	• 	Multiple failures to meet the cancellation requirement would lead to the artist refusal to book said client.

	•	Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID.
	•	Clients under the age of 18 will need the a parent and/or guardian present with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Health & Safety
	•	Our studio follows the highest standards of sterilization and hygiene.
	•	We cannot tattoo clients who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
	•	For your safety, we may refuse service if you are pregnant, nursing, or have certain medical conditions.

Pricing & Payment
	•	Tattoo pricing is based on size, detail, placement, and time required.
	•	Final pricing will be discussed during consultation.
	•	Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept [cash/card options].

Artwork & Design
	•	Custom designs are created exclusively for each client.
	•	Major design changes may require a new deposit.
	•	Designs are not released prior to the appointment without exception.

	•	Proper aftercare is essential for healing. Detailed instructions will be provided after your session.
	•	The studio is not responsible for issues caused by neglect or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

	•	Our artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion, including for reasons of health, safety, abusive behavior, or requests that violate our ethical standards.
