1. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. 2. Health & Safety All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. Proof of vaccinations may be required. Dogs with contagious conditions (e.g., fleas, ticks, infections, or skin diseases) may be refused service. Owners must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that shows aggressive behavior or poses a risk to staff or other animals. 3. Grooming Process We will make every effort to groom your pet according to your specifications; however, each dog's coat and condition may affect the final result. If a dog's coat is severely matted, de-matting will not be performed, and shaving will be required for the pet's comfort and safety. We will not perform procedures that cause undue stress or pain to the pet. 4. Pricing & Payment Grooming prices vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and behavior. Additional charges may apply for extra services, excessive matting, or special handling. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and Revolut payments. 5. Liability While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, the salon is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, stress-related issues, or injuries resulting from a pet's behavior. The owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pet to the salon premises or staff. 6. Late Pick-Ups Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of completion unless prior arrangements are made. Late pickups may incur an additional fee. 7. Photography & Social Media We may take photos of your pet before and after grooming for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your pet’s images to be used, please inform us in advance. 8.
