I require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than this you will be charged a fee. If you reschedule more than once you may be asked for a deposit. 

I can only allow a maximum 15 minutes late, more than this we must reschedule and you may be charged a small fee. 

Under no circumstances attend your appointment if you are unwell, you will be turned away. 

Payment must be made at the salon via card or bank transfer before you leave.
