Simply Sorted is a friendly, people first cleaning and organising business based in Basingstoke, supporting homes and workplaces across the surrounding areas.  We do things a little differently. We tidy as we clean, so our clients never need to rush around before we arrive. Hiring a cleaner should remove stress, not add to it. There is no judgement, no pressure, just calm, practical help that makes spaces easier to live and work in.  Our work covers regular domestic cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, decluttering and organising, hoarding support, mould removal, and specialist cleaning. We also work with letting agents and businesses to keep properties safe, hygienic, and compliant.  We price per job rather than watching the clock, bring all our own equipment including our ever enthusiastic Henrys, and focus on being honest, thorough, and safety focused every time. Payments are made in advance, with flexibility for first cleans while trust is being built.  Simply Sorted is about more than clean spaces. It is about peace of mind, dignity, and helping people feel comfortable in their own environments again.

Simply Sorted Specialist Cleaning

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, as the time has been reserved especially for you.

Payment is required in advance of the appointment. For first time cleans, payment can be made on arrival to allow trust to be built. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash, as agreed.

Please ensure we have safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access, the appointment may be charged in full.

We tidy as we clean, so there is no need to prepare your home before we arrive. However, we ask that the space is safe to work in and free from hazards.

If pets are present, please let us know in advance and ensure they are secured if needed so we can work safely and comfortably.
