Wicked Roots Salon — Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Pennsylvania) Effective as of 8/1/23 By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or making any payment to Wicked Roots Salon, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions in full. This policy is legally binding under Pennsylvania law. --- 1. Refund Policy 1a) All Payments Are Final All payments, deposits, retainers, and service fees made to Wicked Roots Salon are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted. 1b) No Refunds Under Any Circumstance Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to: Dissatisfaction with services Change of mind or personal circumstances Scheduling conflicts Cancellations, reschedules, or late arrivals Failure to appear for an appointment (No-Show) 1c) Limited Exceptions The only exception to this policy is if a refund or credit has been explicitly agreed upon in writing by Wicked Roots Salon prior to payment. Verbal agreements are not considered binding. 1d) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Attempting to dispute or reverse a valid charge (including via chargeback or payment platform dispute) after services have been rendered or a deposit has been accepted constitutes breach of contract and fraud under Pennsylvania law. Wicked Roots Salon reserves the right to provide payment records, signed agreements, and communication history to contest any unauthorized chargeback. --- 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 2a) Client-Initiated Changes You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled before the 24-hour mark may have the original deposit applied to a future appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 2b) Salon-Initiated Changes If Wicked Roots Salon must cancel or reschedule for any reason (e.g., emergency, illness, inclement weather), your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment at your choice. --- 3. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. All No-Shows forfeit their deposit in full. Any future appointments after a No-Show must be paid in full at the time of booking. If payment is not made, the appointment will be canceled automatically. --- 4. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed only if the Client notifies the salon prior to the appointment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may have their appointment canceled at the salon’s discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited. Excessive lateness may result in refusal of future bookings. --- 5. Acknowledgment of Terms By booking with Wicked Roots Salon, you confirm that: You have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated in this policy. You understand that all payments, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable. You agree not to dispute or charge back any authorized transaction made to Wicked Roots Salon. You understand that proceeding with a booking or payment constitutes your digital or physical signature of consent to these terms.
